Project 365 2017 #12

Week 12 of Project 365 2017 saw me take on a daily yoga challenge on Instagram which has resulted me in rolling out the mat everyday which is always a good thing - add in a smattering of running, work and family and that's my week wrapped up!

Day 78
5 mile Sunday run to start the day before the husband headed off to work and I did the weekly baking and house bits and bobs.
Day 79
A lovely session with just one family of 3 as illness wiped out the rest of my home ed yoga group followed by pre-school sessions and some catch up for the yoga challenge.
Day 80
Long run Tuesday and I took my running buddy for a slow 12 miler along the local canal.
Day 81
Back to work today so I definitely needed to hit the mat tonight - I worked a bit on my double pigeon as all the running is making my hips so tight.
Day 82
Yoga class tonight was perfectly timed with lots of leg and hip work then in bed I carried on with my yoga reading and study.
Day 83
I got home early from work and the sun was shining so I nipped out for a 5k and clocked my second fastest time. I'm not a fan of this distance as I always try and run fast - I much prefer long and slow.
Day 84
A change of scenery today following a lush morning of kid's yoga. We headed up the road to a neighbouring town for a walk in the wind.
